To curb biodiversity loss and the advance of climate change, it is essential to act faster and more coordinated. BioClime supports partner countries with technical inputs, policy advice, and exchange of experiences in the CBD and UNFCCC negotiations, in addition to strengthening implementation instruments, such as NBSAPs, NDCs, LTS, and ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA). 

The project also systematizes lessons learned and promotes knowledge exchange on biodiversity, nature-based solutions, water management, resource efficiency, and circular economy through global initiatives and networks. 

These actions empower governments and civil society, especially in megadiverse countries, to effectively implement global biodiversity and climate commitments.
