The 2030 Agenda and the Paris Agreement call for a global transformation of economies and lifestyles, generating new impetus for sustainable development. The associated international obligations create complex challenges and demand for viable approaches to coherent implementation. Per BMUKN mandate, the project supports dialogue and exchange formats with policymakers and key actors from economics, science and society in emerging and developing countries. Within the framework of cooperation, innovative sectoral concepts and formats are elaborated, and selected thematic initiatives are supported to align interests, exchange experiences and boost development in partner countries.
